i have a turbo that is capable of 18 psi but i need to tune it down to about 10 for engine safety of the enigine im putting it on a thing is there and way that is cheap to make something like that and the best way to jimmy up a header i ask some guy and he used old header duct from like on old vee-dub bug but i need to see what is the best way to get the pressure valve to get 10 psi out of of it CHEAP i need it

try looking on the net.
10psi is about 7 psi too much for a stock un-rebuilt engine.every turbo is capable of 18 psi on the right engine. you'll need to find one suited to your engine.
