VW lost $1.29 bilion in North America last year and for some reasonVW's chairman has a problem with that. There is some group of peoplethat will be traveling around (hopefully in a Toyota) looking forpeoples oponings about what people want in cars. (how about aircooled) Article is here. can tell them their new cars are ok, but nothing special, and theirdealer service could stand some improvement. VWoA should offer awarranty like Hyundai. If the Koreans are confident enough in theircars, then the guys from Germany should be too. Going upscale mighthave seemed like a good idea in the boardroom, but they should stick toGolf and Jetta type cars.
