Hi, I usually lurk here rather than post but I am in need of a propane tank for my 82 Westy. Since these things are extremely expensive to ship (and potentially illegal!), I am looking for something with in a
100 miles or so of Dallas/Ft. Worth, Texas. Let me hear from you if you have one available. TIA HaydenShould not be a problem if it's new. If use they can be evacuated and filled with nitrogen. Alternatively have the brass hardware removed and shipped in a separate box with the now fully vented tank.
As to sources check with an RV supplier.
If it helps I'm in WNC and will be traveling to DFW via I40/I30 in six to 10 weeks.
