looking for inexpensive - I'll consider anything: 8 spokes, chromies, etc. but does anyone live near Atlanta so I don't have to get socked with a huge UPS charge? I can't believe VW never made 5.5 4-lug rims....not even for buses?? I have to find something!

The Porsche-VW 914 4 cylinder 1970-76 with appearance group had 15x5.5 4 lug steel wheels shod with 165sr15 radial. The VW 411/412 may have also.
Okay....I found some used Empi 8 spokes, so problem solved...
