wont start except sometimes will run if i put gas down the intake but only till that is gone.# 30 fuse has no power to it but 31 does if i put power to it the tank pump runs but not the middle one but i checked it and it pumps fine there are 2 relays right front apron 1 is a fan relay the other is the fuel pump? heard some have a fuse right rear apron but i cannt see it when i turn on the key the relays get power bad ecu ?
