For some reason the trunk of the 1995 850 volvo wont open. We have of course tried all the keys, locks, everything.
The lock Cylinder won't turn, it is as if we have the wrong key.
Is there a way to reset the locks?

If you're sure you're using the same key that always opened it, try wiggling it a bit as you try to turn it in case it is just worn. You could also try a penetrant & lubricant like Lock-Ease. A locksmith can probably pick it or drill it to get in somehow.
