They will circulate your requirement to lots of car breakers who might have the part you require.
A breakout box (assuming ian is using the correct terminology) isn't a car part, it's a "box" full of contacts points, with a multi-wire cable out each side. You unplug the computer, plug one cable into the car's harness, and the other cable into the computer, basically "breaking" into the wiring harness non-destructively. You can then have the car running while testing any of the wires for voltage, ground, signal, frequency, etc.

In that case the link I gave isn't relevant and the OP needs to look for purveyors of automotive diagnostic equipment.
