Headlight bulb question - appears intact doesn't work

Drivers side bulb works Passenger out

Pulled both bulbs, and both appear to be intact

Didn't scrape or sand contact, but no apparent corrosion

Any board experience with problem like this?

Try swapping them from side to side. The original type bulbs had heat related problems, you can get new sockets that use the old 1157 type bulbs for free from the dealer.

Oops, nothing like reading properly - the advice I gave was for the turn signals. Headlight bulbs sometimes fail and the filament appears intact. Does the high beam on that side work? You can also swap bulbs from high beam to low beam, they're the same. Each low beam uses a different wire from the headlight relay, that's the next thing to check.

Try switching bulbs from each side if the bulb that is out still does not work then you have a bad bulb change both of them
