I'm considering fitting winter tyres to my 2007 V70 D5 Special Edition Sport. The factory fitted allow wheels are 17 x 7.5J with 225/45 x 17 tyres.
Volvo in the UK are offering packages with 16" wheels and 215/55 x 16 winter tyres - which is a much more sensible combination, and doesn't change the gearing by more than a gnats. However, the prices are out of this world!

Have any UK-based owners found a non-Volvo source of supply for these wheels at a reasonable price, or even an equivalent wheel? [There are lots of 16" alloys available, but few - if any - seem to have the correct offset of 49mm]TIA.
