the steering wheel in my 97 jetta gt does not respond unless i push in on the steering wheel i was told there is a bolt that needs to be tightened but i dont' know where it is or how to get to it can someone help me
Get a Bentley service manual, or have it towed to a service facility. In the meantime, DON'T DRIVE that car.
