Dealer Lied about NB

In his first post, the one I initially responded to, the poster never made us aware that the dealer had sold him the car as a "demo" unit. I was operating under the assumption that the car was sold as new. On a car sold as new, I'd notice 700 miles. On a demo unit, 700 miles is pretty resonable IMHO.

In the first post that I saw... the one it looks like you responded to... he said he had purchased it as a 2002 leftover demo with 1300 miles on it

And you will sleep so much better the next couple of months (maybe years).

Anyway, the first question of the judge will be anyway: 'So, what did the dealer tell you after you informed him of the problem?'

The dealer SAID it was a 2002 leftover demo with 1300 miles on it. The O.P. later found out that it was not a demo, but a used car returned by the original purchaser.
