Does any one have this problem my 99 vw jetta driver side windows would go all they way down. It only get down to 1/3 and stuck. Since the glass is moving I think motor is still good. There muct be some thing which in the way that stopping to move down all they way. Any input would be greatly appreciated

Do you have any idea how much it will roughly cost if I let the dealer do it. Is it some thing easily to replace like I can consider doing it myself?

Somewhere between 1.5 & 2 hours labor. Anything more than 2hours the shops getting greedy!
