Golf 3 Position Lights

Hi, does anybody knows how to make position lights to be turned on on ignition key? This is a new low in my country..... Tnx

You could use a relay. Coil between X and 31 makes the relay come on with ignition (more precise with load reduction relay) and an NO-contact between 30 and 58 switches on parking lights. All contacts found at the light switch.

Just interested: What country? Retrofitting older cars? What do other people do?
