Thanks to those that offered suggestions as to how to fix my radio problem (treble and bass settings unchangeable). I checked with the dealer today about getting the security code for the radio and they're trying to charge me $45 labour for half an hour of labour or something like that. I asked how much if I pull the radio myself and get the serial number off of it, he said it was still $45 because of the leg work the dealership has to do now. It's not as easy as getting the info from the computer system like it was? He's trying to say that he has to call VW up and get it that way. I'm not paying $45 for him to call VW to access information based on stuff I end up finding out myself.
I guess I'll be trying another dealership for this one. Until then, I won't be resetting my radio.. haha..
