Does anyone know what a good price would be for a Timing Belt for a 92 Jetta EcoDiesel? Also what would be a good price for a mechanic to replace the belt?

3 hours labor + the belt price! "DON'T CHEAT ON THE BELT"! Go OEM!

I got charged £75 ($139.5) including our 17.5% sales tax, so is an hours worth of labour and belt is next to nothing.

I got it done on my 92 Jetta TD for CAD$280 approx. (includes Parts - timing belt, tensioner and water pump belt AND Labour 2 hours).
