93 silverado - cold starting

when the weather turns cold, my truck takes alot longer to start/turn over.
What's the most probably cause of this? I'm thinking weak batter myself but
want other opinions.

My guess is a starter that's on it's last legs. It's drawing much more amperage that it should.

but when the temperatures are warm there is no extra draw on the starter and starts fine
