Have 2003 Galant that has two issues. One, the temp control switch is broken/defective resulting in no heat. Would appreciate tips about pulling instrument area to access switch. ( water temp is fine). Second issue, instruments frequently cut out, including radio. I believe that it is possibly a bad ground for the instrument panel. Any info on where this may be located. Haven't been able to find manual, too new vehicle. Only 37 K miles, 1 K over warranty, go figure. Daughters vehicle.
