Thanks for the response,22R is carb,just for your knowledge,the date is stamped on aluminum credit card sized plate like the one on the firewall but this one is located on the driver's side door jamb.I have a 1985 4-Runner with a straight axle like yours and a removable roof and the holly grail of the 4-Runners and pickups are the 84 & 85

4-Runners so yours is well worth it like the positive responses you got the first time you posted this.I live in Nova Scotia,Canada.
