Could someone please confirm the current US VW Customer Service mailing address?

My Warranty Manual lists; Volkswagen of America Customer Relations

Also, any tips for making a warranty claim for repairs not done at dealer would be welcomed.

What kind of work was done? But VW's policy is you need to take it to the dealer for warranty work. And why didn't you go to the dealer?

I've talked with Customer Service and would like to escalate my situation to "higher powers"...

Thanx for the info.

Several leaking motor seals and water pump. Unfortunately I was not smart enough to remember my beyond 2/24 "bumper-to-bumper" Powertrain warranty and needed to get car back on the road quickly. Lesson learned but my stupidity doesn't change the fact that the car experienced quality problems covered under warranty and as such I'd like to pursue this.
