but is thus far successful - entire system replaced at a tremendous savings, didnt even take as long as i thought
although, i did end up cutting out the evap core - made it much easier. glued and ductaped and jb-welded it back together, no leaks or anything.
however, a problem i have had before the a/c quit is with the blower fan. 95% low, med, and med/hi do not work, just high. on a rare occassion, high wont work when i start it up, but will then kick on in 5 min or so.
question is - is the problem in the control unit under the radio in the dash (there are no loose wires) or in some electronics/circuitry whathaveyou connected to the blower?
nothing happens when i twist or move wires or switches, so it must be electronic, so i am hoping this means its the control unit in the dash....
