1989 seville will not start

I just read this in Wiki... an answer on how to by-pass the anti-theft system on this 89 Cadillac Coupe Deville.

Answer:

there is usually a button under the steering wheel under the panals that looks like a car lighter when you remove it if you pull the thing out maybe extend the wires and move it closer to the steering wheel you have to press that button and turn the key over at the exact same time and that should bypass the theft system i dont now if thats exactly the way it will work for you but i have a 92 elderado and thats what i had to do woth a try good luck
