anyone know how to adjust the cruise? it speeds up going downhill and slows down going up hill?

Could be normal operation. Slowing down going up a hill on cruise is not uncommon.

speed perfectly under any conditions. it should speed up going
up hill to match the set point.
>There's nothing you can do about the speeding downhill, but the pulling up hill may be a deficient engine. The way to tell is when it starts to lose speed ON CRUISE and pulling a hill, step on the gas and see if the cruise control already has the throttle at max. If it DOES NOT, you may be able to adjust the linkage to take the slack out of it. OR you may have a bad servo. IF the pedal is already on the floor, then you need a bigger engine and it's not the cruise controls fault at all.
