Question about Piston Slap

I have a '99 Silverado Ext Cab, 5.3 ltr, 31,000 miles, Flowmaster 40. I do not have piston slap, yet!!! I have been using Mobil One since



5,000 miles. Will the use of Mobil One keep me from getting the dreaded Piston Slap? Thanks for your help.

With a Flowmaster 40, you could have all kinds of hidden engine noise:)
