how to remove heater core in 93 chevy s-10? i got cover screws out. cover will not come off due no clearance.

It should come off according to the manual. You might have to take the glove box out?
I don't know off hand how to get the core out of that truck.....but..... it seams obvious you need to remove or at least move the heater box to remove the core............
