1995-2000 stratus/cirrus/breeze trunk leaks

I've had some problems with rain leaking in the trunk of my 2000 stratus sedan. The gasket has been replaced and some seams have been re-sealed, which helped for a while, but now it's leaking again. The dealer can't always reproduce a leak by pouring water on it from a hose, so it may have something to do with air currents blowing water in when the car is moving in rainy weather.

From the dampness on the carpeting, it seems like it might leak in from the trunk lid near the rear on the left side. then it must drip down and make a puddle in the spare tire well.

It seems like it should be easy to find the problem and fix it. Does anybody have any experience with this, know of any non-obvious cause, or know any magic tricks for this problem?

Thanks for any help, Steve

Steve, One area to look at is the tail light seal. They have been a source of some hard to find leaks. Worth a look.
