I have a problem with my neon I hope someone can help me with. While steering I hear a low pitched squealing noise and when I start the vehicle after it has been sitting overnight. The squealing is especially loud if it is cold out. Now the steering wheel is really stiff, and hard to turn the car when it is stopped!
any insights will be greatly appreciated. thanks to all
