Really simple pricing. Dealer Invoice minus the current rebates in effect. If you were an employee you need to obtain the forms from chrysler and give them to the dealer to fill out. And they inturn send in completed forms and copy of bill of sale to DC. If dealer overcharged you, DC will send you the check for the difference. So there is no worries of being overcharged. You will get the difference back. Dc pays the dealer 4% of dealer invoice to the dealer for selling it to employee. On some vehicles the dealer will make more selling to employee at dead cost then they make on retail.

If you are asking about an EC then you must know someone who works for DCX - ask them they have a list. Plus the dealer should know. I got 1% below invoice as a supplier discount. Not worht it now IMO
