The instrument cluster printed circuit board has two copper trace layers. The connections are 'vias' that are pressed in revits. Solder reflow of the PCB fixes this problem 99% of the time. If you can't solder, you can remove the entire cluster (not hard to do) and have a speedo shop reflow for you. There are many shop on the internet that do this. A dealer will want to sawp out the cluster PCB for $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ Good luck! Bill
