check engine light

Hi, I have a 1994 ford escort 1.9 lx wagon. recently, the check engine light has been coming, but it doesnt stay on. if i accelerate, then the light comes on, but if i break and come to a stop, the light goes out. i thought that maybe the transmission fluid might need changing, so i took it for a flush and refill, but that didnt fix it, so i got the error codes read. it is an obd1 error code readout and the codes were

181 and 186. does anyone know what these mean and what would need to be fixed??

thank

181(M) Fuel system was lean at part throttle Single, Right or Rear HO2S - Fuel control

186(M) Injector pulse width longer than expected or Mass Air Flow (MAF) lower than expected - Fuel control

Thanks for the quick reply. Do you happen to know what would need to be done to get these fixed?? would new parts be needed, or is it just adjustments that can be done at a local garage?

Thanks for your help again.
