My '05 Escape has 3 small hooklike things just inside the rear hatch on the headliner. Any idea what these are for?

My '05 Escape has 3 small hooklike things just inside the rear hatch on the headliner. Any idea what these are for?
Coat hooks?
Actually, I finally found it. They are tether hooks for kids seats, but I guess you could use them for anything.
