Ford ESP is just overpriced insurance. You are better off taking the money and putting it into a bank account.
Depends on the vehicle. Crown Vic, F-150, you don't probably don't need it. Explorer/Mountaineer or a 1st/2nd year model, it would be a wise choice to look into it. Some cars have very expensive integrated ABS hubs/bearings & sensors that go, and just one failure will make you even.
