how does one remove the door panel on a 2000 Ford F250 super cab and the subsequent removal/replacement of the power door lock actuator. I can't find any screws on the door panel ?

1 is behind the switch panel and 1 is behind reflector thingy
Remove the actuator by pushing the lip in and slide it out or just grab and break it. just make sure all broken parts are removed before installing new 1
