Yes. The tool is a probe though, and you can use a jewler's screwdriver or straight piece of coat hanger.

Do you have the new radio (the radio you intend to install) yet? If so, look at the parts. The radio you want to remove should mount nearly identical to the one that is going in. The removal tool for the new radio might even fit the old radio ...
