I would like to disable the door alarm that sounds when the key is left in the ignition on a 2003 F250 Diesel. Can anyone help? TIA

What???? doesn't anyone listen to the radio (CD/tape) with the door open??? Or maybe I missed something in the owners manual.....can you play the radio with the key out of the ignition??....but thanks for the suggestion anyway.

Here's a quick-and-dirty method I use. Stick the key in the door latch and close it. (like the door's closed)
*REMEMBER* to pull the handle and open the latch before slamming the door shut. :)Works on my '01 Ranger, and '01 f150.
