Hi, My 96 Lumina has a little spigot that has been broken off in the box that separates the engine area from the washer 'tray' area. The spigot connects the hose running from the washer reservoir on the engine side to the hose on the tray side, leading up to the wipers. Is this little part available separately, or is it a permanent part of that little 'block' that installs into the firewall?
