Look at the brand name on the old one. Go to that brand dealer and have him order you a new one. They cost about the same as a full-size tire.

Looking for a compact (Mini) Spare For Buick 1994 Roadmaster P235 70 R15
Go to some of the auto salvage places in your area. You should be able to get the rim and tire for $20.
