Headlight/Turn signal arm on 98 Cavalier

My 98 Z24 has a problem with the turn signal level. The lever also contains a rotating switch for the headlights. The lever wiggles a little, and if not perfectly centered the headlights go out. You can move it and get them to come back on, but unfortunately using turn signal generally moves it again and lights go back out. Any ideas? If the lever needs to be replaced where would be a good place to look?

The entire arm will need to be replaced. It can be picked up at any auto parts store. Most likely will need to be ordered though. The replacement procedure will be in the car repair guides that can be purchased at any parts store. I had a similar problem with an older cavalier and this did the trick.

Who was the genius that decided to put the headlight switch on the signal lever anyway? Is it just because Toyota does it or is there an actual reason? Put it back on the dash where it belongs.
