re-re-ply...as mentioned, dexcool is not the cause...everyone ive ever done has had one of two probs 1)as manifold heats at different rate it scours bead of gasket surface 50k or so....2) plastic cracks in hi mile apps.100k plus........either way way it was an idiot design they are still producing today. of course with their magical 'new' material and methods. i forsee no changes coming. hey, its just money............kjun
