I wanted to know how easy it would be to replace the front bumper of my Buick. Any ideas of how to go about doing this?

Which part? The bumper cover, The foam impact unit, the steel substructure? What is wrong with the one you have?
Dents, rips and holes are easy to repair.
If you are talking about replacing just the bumper cover, it's quite easy. It's mostly held in place with plastic push pins and a few screws. You can completely remove one and replace it in 30 minutes without breaking a sweat.
