Adjustable front trackbar?

Sep 25, 2003 7 Replies

I am in the market for an OME lift for my 2000 TJ Sport. I've scoured the net for info about this lift and saw that you have to drill a new mounting hole for the front track bar. I don't like that idea and would rather install an adjustable one. Are there any recommendations?

Thanks,

Brett

There are a few companies that make them. I drilled a new hole, but I think even though it is more money a adjustable track bar is a little better option. Rusty's has them, Rubicon Express also carries them. I don't think you can go wrong with RE, I don't know about Rusty's much.

quadratec.com is the only place i've found an adjustable front trackbar. and there's only one company that makes it. silly hmm?

RE get it from 4x4 group buy. td

Nathan sent me one that was from Superlift (correct me if I'm wrong, Nathan). I thought the design was far better than many that I had shopped for. The end was a heim (that's what it's called, right? The fish-eye that moves around in the hole in the end...). Anyway, very solid.

Running with a JKS on mine:
