The only code it there that means anything is 43
12 means the battery was disconnected sometime within the last fifty starts and 55 is the end-of-codes marker.43 - Misfire detected in one or more cylinders 1 thru 6.
Could be anything from a bad tank of gas(low octane/water) to crossfire in the ignition. Try putting some fuel system cleaner in there for the next tank, Chevron Techron is a good brand.
time for new plugs? wires? Go to auto zone... you may have a code that will tell you which plug(s).
