This petition asserts that a celestial or mythical person is responsible for controlling the weather.
I have it on good ,Demoncratic, authority that President Bush is directly responsible and those expositions are verified nightly by NBC, CBS, and ABC's news departments
Now they are blaming Bush for the relatively successful evacuation from Texas. It's George's fault they got an early start, and appear to be planning ahead.
