Took head off this morning and so far have found :-
snapped rocker shaft missing valve cap stuck down the side of no 1 inlet cam follower slide
4 out of the follower slides in the wrong way round it has 4 new inlet valves and the stem seal for each are up the top of the stem instead of on the guideTomorrow I am gonna sort head and followers out and refit then all i have to do is fit new rocker shaft when it comes Monday
My conclusion is cam belt has snapped and then it has had a half arsed repair job. When it is running with no nasty noises next stop cam belt judging by the standard of work so far.......
