What you need is some rubber gloves and some conkers. In a recent thread elsewhere I read that spiders hate conkers. String of them along the dash should do the trick.
Did you / Can you get that air ratchet on the crank bolt - I've forgotten I've got mine, still need to get the quick release bit for my hose to fit it.

really? i do have some conkers! (i planted a tree in the parents garden when i was 10 and the bugger has only just started fruiting over the last couple of years so ive been saving them all :) Need some spid repellant for the one who lives in my back door frame and builds a web across my door every day!
no. not got to that yet, its still as tight as i could get it with an adjustable spanner beside the road near nantwich ;)
