Thicker bit at the top or thicker bit at the bottom?

Which way up do defender door hinges go?
Thicker bit at the top or thicker bit at the bottom?

Bottom. The pins should be in line through top and bottom hinges. get them wrong and they won't be. It's because the body is wider lower down.
