Hi Guys,
I am starting to have intermittent problems with the blower (fan heater) on my D3. When I start it first thing the fan may not come on, or it comes on I start the engine and it stops, but after a few miles it bursts into life, I cannot find any consistency in this as some days it is fine. I have tried to reseat the relay near the battery box, but no improvement. Anyone had similar problems and know what the fix is.

Not specific to a Disco, but sticky/worn fan motor brushes often do this.
