Yay! The D2 sunroof motors are the same as later D1's. For the grand sum of £20 i got one from a breakers today. Fitted a treat.
Whilst on this unexpected roll, i decided to take out the under seat CD player. It was full of s**te & muck, one good clean later it's working fine!
Right, I need to cure the leaking sunroofs now, where are the drain holes? I can't see any. I have cleaned the seals as they where filthy too.
Just the window winder to sort, the leak & get the bumper painted where it got clobbered.
All in all feeling quite smug right now.
