Can anyone tell me what mileage and or interval the cam belt should be changed on a S reg Freelander diesel.

For the pre Td4 diesel Freelander the cam belt should be changed every 48K miles, or it was when I had mine anyway. It is an expensive job as the engine has to be moved to one side in order to do it.
