How Easy is this?

My Hard Top 90 has sprung a few leaks / rusted away where the top bolts to the floor tray (Ally / Steel interface).

I want to remove the hard top and replace the 2 steel strips (with ones without holes and rust!)

So, how easy is it to remove the hardtop to leave the bits exposed. Im assuming its just a few bolts behind the rear bulkhead but how is it attached to the windscreen / front bulkead?

any advice pointers appreciated.

Easy, depending on how much trim and extras you have that needs to come off to get at the bolts. The big job will be drilling out all the rivets and re-rivetting the new capping. There is a row of bolts along the top of the windscreen, and you will have to remove the door seals. JD
