Incredible...
After having stood for 3+ years with a tree growing though the back, Bungle now sports a brand spanking new (Green) MOT... :-)

Martyn
Green?
Alex
Yeah, well kind of Purpleish and Green... Honestly...
Martyn
Yeah mines that colour. Are they a new thing?
Graham
The Vehicle Inspectorate changed it's name to the Vehicle and Operator Services Agency so the new certificates are purplely green with VOSA on them Andy
Well that answers that then :o) When did that occur, haven't had to mot anything in a couple of years so I haven't kept track of these things. What does the new name signify, i.e. why was it changed?
Cheers
Graham
It signifies that they're spending your money on cosmetic logo/name changes again
Alex
I quote from the VOSA website
"VOSA was formed on 1 April 2003 by merging the Vehicle Inspectorate (VI) and the Traffic Area Network (TAN) division of the Department for Transport. Progressive developments to integrate activities and improve customer will take place over the coming months. We will consult and communicate with the Transport industry, and other customers and partners as we move forward."
Andy
Yebut - it's got purple on it...
I sometimes think you're a little harsh... ;-)
Martyn
They're going to 'improve customer' - neat idea, I think I'll try to improve a couple of our customers too ;-)
Translation: "As always we'll do whatever we like, when we like and screw the rest of you. Nah hah, yaboo sucks. We hate motorists anyway and my mum is a Rambler"...
Good old Governmant joined-up thinking.
Good move opting for the purple, though...
Martyn
And you accused ME of being harsh.....
Alex
Well thats ok then. At least you can SEE what your money has gone on I guess :o)
Graham
...ask a stupid question...
Graham
Hmmm, think I'm with Martyn... purple is a good choice ;o)
Graham
